Sorting
We receive mix rags from USA. Once unloaded, the clothing is distributed to our sorting stations where our staff separates the items into individual categories with the help of conveyor belt such as pants, shirts, dresses, shorts, jackets, children's clothes, etc. Once separated, these items are moved to our grading stations.


Grading
Each grading station is responsible for determining the quality of each item and making sure each piece of clothing matches our customer's quality requirements. In addition, items are further sorted into specific categories.


Quality Check
After grading our experience staff check the grading of grader with full concentrate and pass it to final check.


Final Check
This is final stage of grading in which our staff is responsible to ensure the quality.


Packaging
The clothing are now compressed into a 100-pound bale by a machine, which wraps the bale in a clear plastic sheet with plastic strapping to ensure it reaches the customer's destination clean and undamaged.
